Who is Momentum Training?
Momentum Training is a company founded by First Responders dedicated to providing high-quality fitness equipment and apparel. Our mission is to support service men and women through the products and services we offer and the organizations we give back to.
What organizations do you support?
We are proud to give back to various organizations that support service men and women. Each organization is carefully vetted by us to ensure they make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who serve our communities.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
- International Shipping: Orders usually arrive between 14-31 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: We take every opportunity to expedite your products and will do everything on our end to get you your products quickly.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be uploaded and sent to your email as soon as possible after your order has shipped. You can also track your order anytime on our [Track Order page].
Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. To return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@momentumtrainingpro.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged please take pictures of what and where the damage is. Notify our customer service team at info@momentumtrainingpro.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide the pictures and a description of what the issue is. We will guide you on the next steps to correct that issue.
